Northwest Active Health Therapy is an outpatient treatment facility located in side Park Place Assisted Living. We are currently only serving residents of Park Place Assisted Living.

The main objectives of Physical Therapy are to promote body strength, function and mobility and prevent future physical injury.

Clients are recommended to see a Doctor for a referall before starting Physical or Occupational Therapy.
